TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASINOSPECTOR, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, WINNINGS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, (B) YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY THIRD-PARTY CASINO OPERATOR LISTED ON THE SERVICE, OR (C) ANY GAMBLING ACTIVITY UNDERTAKEN ON A THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM. WE HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DECISION YOU TAKE AFTER READING THE REVIEW. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
